Our masterplanned Resorts are meticulously designed, and homes constructed in groups of around 30. Like-minded Souls
We believe people who will call Oceanside Lifestyle Resort home consider themselves too young, fit or healthy for a typical retirement village, and, on average, will be 15 to 20 years younger.
Many will be working full or part time getting ready for retirement, whilst others may be fully retired. Many will love to travel and enjoy the ease and freedom of being able to ‘lock and leave’. While many will love to just ‘stay and play’ because it feels like being on holiday every day!
However, no one will have children permanently living with them.
Many will be couples who have raised a family in the suburbs, who, with their children off their hands, are now ready for ‘me time’. They are people who want to downsize, free up cash, and are looking for a modern, new home without the maintenance of a large property.
The community will likely be single, divorced, or widowed folk who cherish their independence but are looking for more opportunity for connection and friendship which is harder to accomplish in a home in suburbia.
Many Resort Homeowners will be people who want to maintain a very private life just staying connected to their family and friendship base. Others will be very social and active personalities who love arranging or participating in larger gatherings and social settings. They are up at the crack of dawn and down at the gym... or they are sleeping late because, well, the night before was too much fun!

Our gorgeous homes will be reimagined to nestle in Two Rocks, through the collaboration of award-winning WA architect Richard Hammond, Studio P2, and Elevate Creative & Design, which are Providences’ preferred community living specialist partners. Designed with the principles of passive solar energy in mind, our homes are on individual lots with no common walls.
Oceanside Resort’s 1, 2 and 3 bedroom beach-inspired designs will embody laid-back holiday vibes while delivering an easy care, lock-and-leave lifestyle. Inside, soft neutral palettes and flowing fabrics create a wave of calm. Open layouts and large windows flood the space with natural light. As you would expect from these high-quality offerings, they also have excellent sound proofing, insulation and comply with the new bushfire ratings.
From the interior painting, air conditioning, window treatments, and light fixtures to the exterior landscaping and reticulation, it’s all done for you to move in with ease.
Community Design
So much thought and effort has gone into the vision, design and implementation of the Resort, culminating in a beautiful and peaceful place to call home.
Our professional Design Team has created street elevations and rooflines to complement a holiday lifestyle, while the accompanying combination of house colours and variation of home facades gives every location an interesting streetscape.
Providence communities are renowned for their extensive range of sought after facilities. Our high-end Country Club and Ocean Lodge are a focal point where Homeowners can gather to socialise, stay active and mingle with the like-minded. At Oceanside, this space will exude coastal relaxation and feature plentiful raw materials and natural elements.
An important element of the Resort is the landscape design, street trees and water features which will give the Resort a relaxed and established feel, as well as offering plenty of shade in the summer months.
The Country Club
Without a doubt, the centrepiece of the Resort is the large 'Hamptons' inspired Country Club creating a perfect destination within the Resort for year-round enjoyment.
With a wide verandah for relaxing with a cuppa, soaring ceilings and beautiful decor, this Country Club will be a wonderful extension of your home for you to enjoy.
The Ocean Lodge
A second clubhouse at the Resort, the Ocean Lodge, features an expansive ocean deck and lounge that captures magnificent views of the Indian Ocean, offering the perfect setting for relaxation or entertaining guests.
For relaxation, there’s a dedicated pool area complete with sun lounges, pavilions, and BBQ facilities. Downstairs, guests can enjoy recreational amenities such as pool tables, darts, and a fully equipped sports bar.

At Oceanside Lifestyle Resort, there will be countless activities for you to enjoy, but outside the Resort, you are also spoilt for choice.
The pristine Indian Ocean beach is only a 400-metre walk, and there are stunning coastal reserves and recreational areas nearby, including Two Rocks Marina and Sun City Yacht Club. For those who enjoy a touch of retail therapy, there are a number of local shopping centres a short ride away including Yanchep Central, as well as cafes and restaurants, banking, public transport, and more.
