Thank you for your enquiry about Providence Oceanside Resort, this is our 6th over 50’s Resort project and will be located to the northern coastline of Perth.
We know that the location is an important piece of information that you will need, but unfortunately we are still unable to share to the location information because of our Land purchase agreement.
We anticipate being able to;
1 Release the details of the location to you on the 30th of July.
2 Provide an invitation to you to the first information session at a date to be confirmed.
3 Provide the architectural drawings of the master plan.
At the information session we will;
1 Share all the necessary information about the Resort.
2 Provide the range of homes and prices for Stage 1, and
3 Provide the anticipated timeline for home being ready to live in.
