Exciting progress is now underway at Oceanside Lifestyle Resort, with construction activity commencing on site and plans advancing for what will become one of the Resort’s signature lifestyle destinations.
A significant earthworks programme is underway across the entire 15-hectare site, having commenced in July 2026. Following earthworks, the civil programme will prepare the Resort for future homes, amenities and community spaces, with completion anticipated in autumn 2027.
Construction of the first homes in Stage 1a is expected to commence in autumn 2027, with the first Homeowners anticipated to move in from late 2027 to early 2028, marking an exciting new chapter for Oceanside’s coastal lifestyle.
Planning also continues for the Ocean Lodge, one of the Resort’s most anticipated facilities. Design documentation is underway for this premium two-level amenity, envisioned as a luxury retreat featuring a sunset lounge with ocean glimpses, swimming pool, bar and golf simulator. Once design documentation is complete, planning and building approvals will be sought to establish a construction programme.
Looking further ahead, planning and design are also progressing for additional signature amenities, including the Country Club and the Wellness Retreat, further enhancing Oceanside for Homeowners to relax, connect and stay active.
